REMODEL DESIGN
We have designed numerous remodel projects. From small additions to a complete gutting of buildings with structural walls removed or relocated, and exterior overhauls that change the entire architectural style of the home or building. We can work closely with your general contractor, or depending on the scope we can be your general contractor.
Although not always advised, often we consult with homeowners acting as their own general contractor, we assist them by referring or vetting competent subcontractors, materials and vendor sourcing, and set up review processes and proceedures with limited construction administration tailored for that specific project.
We often design very challenging projects for extensive remodels and take on the entire scope of work both indoor and outdoor, complete with all engineering and inspections.
