Who knows your project better than those that designed it? For decades we've been involved on countless building projects, through job site reviews and construction administration, solving and resolving virtually every type of construction or engineering issue, even owner conflicts with general contractors and their trades. We've seen and done just about everything there is to be encountered in building a custom home except the building itself. In 2018 we launched our Design-Build service offering clients the opportunity to utilize our vast design experience and construction knowledge on their project when specific opportunities arise. In addition we have joint ventures with several master certified builders in various geographic areas to be able to be onsite daily to manage and schedule each project.
Our primary business is design, and we design for hundreds of custom builder clients. In order to offer both a Design & Building service we instituted a strict non compete policy to avoid conflicts of interest with our builder clients. We will never offer building services on a job brought to us by a builder who is bidding or has a vested interest in building your project. Our services will be offered only to non builder referred clients and where we are not in direct competition with our builder clientele.
If you have not contracted or interviewed a custom builder, and you're ready to start the design process and wish to discuss a Design-Build option we would love to schedule a meeting to explain how our services can be uniquely advantageous to your project. Keep in mind if a design is all you seek we would love to just design your project too, and then assist you in any way in the selection of a builder and during construction.
